These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Bark & Tonic. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Who we are
This store is operated by Bark & Tonic LLC ("Bark & Tonic", "we", "us"). These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Products & pricing
We do our best to display our products, colours and prices accurately. Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time before you order. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.
Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, payment is collected at the time the order is placed. The estimated shipping window is shown on the product page and may shift as we finalize production; we'll keep you updated if it does. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before your order has shipped.
Orders & payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and a contract is formed once we send your confirmation. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider; we don't store your full card details.

Product use & safety
Our products are intended to provide comfort and cooling during everyday outdoor activities. They are not intended to prevent heatstroke or replace responsible pet supervision. Always ensure the harness fits properly and monitor your dog while in use. Always provide your dog with access to fresh water, shade, and rest breaks. Cooling performance will vary depending on weather conditions, humidity, activity level, direct sunlight, and your dog's individual body temperature. If your dog shows signs of overheating, move them to a cool area immediately and seek veterinary care. Bark & Tonic is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from improper fit, misuse, modification of the product, failure to follow product instructions, or use contrary to its intended purpose.
Always ensure the cooling gel packs are fully inserted into their insulated pockets before use. Gel packs should never come into direct contact with your dog's skin. Inspect the gel packs before each use and discontinue use if a pack is punctured, leaking, or otherwise damaged. Cooling gel packs are not chew toys. If a gel pack is punctured or its contents are ingested, discontinue use immediately and contact your veterinarian.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Bark & Tonic and may not be used without our permission.
Feedback & user content
If you submit reviews, photos, testimonials, suggestions, or other content to Bark & Tonic, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content for marketing, promotional, and business purposes. By submitting content, you represent that you own or have permission to share it and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version in effect is the one published on this page, with the “Last updated” date shown above. By continuing to use the site or place an order after changes are posted, you accept the updated terms.
