We currently ship throughout the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
Delivery time
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery is 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Bark & Tonic is not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other events beyond our control.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout.
Shipping address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Bark & Tonic is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.
Pre-orders
Select items may be available for pre-order before launch. The estimated shipping date will be listed on the product page, and orders will ship as soon as inventory becomes available. Please see our Terms of Service for complete pre-order details.
Return policy
Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Email us at support@barkandtonic.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or the wrong item was shipped. In those cases, Bark & Tonic covers the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Hygiene & cooling gel packs
For hygiene and safety reasons, harnesses and gel packs cannot be returned once they have been used or show signs of wear.
